Blue-White Flowmeter流量计(F-440系列)产品特点：
l 美国蓝白Blue-White Flowmeter F-440转子流量计、浮子流量计，为紧凑空间、高耐温耐压工业环境设计，属于转子式变面积流量计，因其标志性的PS聚砜注塑机身和高的耐腐蚀性，在水处理、化学加药及半导体冷却水系统中应用广泛。
材质：
l 机身材质：采用高强度的Polysulfone聚砜，一体注塑成型，具备优异的抗热性与抗化学腐蚀能力。
l 浮子与导杆：标准配置为316不锈钢或PVDF（可定制哈氏合金C-276或PTFE），能有效抵御各种腐蚀性流体的侵蚀。
l 密封圈：
1) 标配FKM/Viton氟橡胶，适用于耐油、耐燃料及更强的化学腐蚀环境。
2) 货号后缀代码—E，EPDM三元乙丙橡胶，用于耐热水、蒸汽、弱酸碱及某些化学品，符合FDA食品级认证标准。

l 最大工作压力：在21度时为 175 psig（约 12.0 bar）
l 最高流体温度：标准型在 0 PSI下最高可耐受100度
l 量程范围：双刻度，0.025 至 10 GPM每分钟加仑、或 0.1 至 37.5 LPM每分钟升。
l 刻度长度：约2 英寸（50mm）的紧凑型直接读取刻度，带有红色的可调节流量目标指示滑块。
l 接口尺寸：3/8"、1/2"、3/4" M/NPT外螺纹，亦有内螺纹和铜接头版本可选。
结构类型：
l In-Line Mount管路直通型：流体直进直出。
l Elbow Panel Mount面板安装型：接头带有90度弯头设计，专门用于设备控制面板的嵌入式安装。
l Adjustable Valve带调节阀型：订购一体式可调流量控制针阀的型号（如 F-44500LA），集测量与节流调节于一体。
l Union活接连接型：机身两端带有半活接螺母，拆卸、清洗和维护时无需拆动两端固定管道。

l 工业水处理系统，反渗透 RO 机组、超纯水二次配管。
l 半导体及电子厂的PCW工艺冷却水系统。
l 化学品计量泵、精密加药泵的配套流量监控。
l 化学品给料控制，如Accu-Tab投加系统。
l 注意：由于机身材质对紫外线较为敏感，不建议将F-440流量计长期暴露在阳光直射下使用。
